For the enterprise human resources management,the salary management is one of the most important part,it not only can help enterprises to attract talents,but also can reduce the rate of loss of talent,not only can improve the enthusiasm of employees,and to promote the development of enterprises.Relevant scholars pointed out that employees'work motivation,job satisfaction,corporate cohesion,employee loyalty and so on are closely related to compensation.So how to make the enterprise to promote the development of enterprises through the salary system for enterprise managers,has become an urgent problem,there are more and more enterprise management personnel are very concerned about how to design and development of the enterprise salary system consistent with this problem.Along with the science and technology innovation enterprise scale is gradually expanding,the demand for talents is more and more high,so the development of talent supply and demand contradiction intensified,in the context of how to R&D personnel together,improve the management level of R&D team,improve the innovation ability of R&D personnel,R&D enthusiasm is a very important issue in related enterprises.The enterprise should draw up a management method in line with the specific group,which is different from other management groups,business groups and administrative groups,so as to improve the value of human capital.Enterprises in accordance with their respective characteristics,to promote the level of enterprise R&D team to improve the survival and development of enterprises is extremely important.Study of the choice of R&D team of KM company as the object,according to the theory of compensation,the compensation system design research and development staff,mainly within the external salary compensation,the 2 aspects of R&D personnel in the salary system of KM company are introduced,at the same time,the staff questionnaires and interviews found the existing problems of the compensation system,the overall salary level is low,recruitment has encountered new challenges,voluntary turnover rate increased,the existing salary system is lack of flexibility;the internal compensation,external salary and welfare to get the design of R&D personnel salary system of KM company,in addition,through the design of the broadband compensation way for KM,the company's R&D personnel compensation system deficiencies are analyzed and improved,for R&D personnel salary system of other similar companies to improve For reference and reference.
