The Research On Local Individual Proprietorship In The Period Of Republic Of China

This paper from the perspective of business history,preliminary clarify the change process during the period of the Republic of Wenzhou Wu Baiheng owned enterprises,reveals the operation and management and the changes of the system of individual proprietorship enterprises in the period of the Republic of China,and in-depth analysis of its decline in the late stage of the Republic of China and the transition in the early days of Liberation.Since the founding of Wenzhou,the national industry and Commerce has developed rapidly,the rise of a wave of factory boom.Wenzhou industry elite Wu Baiheng from scratch,through the family business Baiheng pharmacy of capital accumulation,founder of a sole proprietorship enterprise Baihao condensed milk factory.Wu Baiheng committed to the introduction of advanced equipment,expand the scale,in the early stage of the Anti Japanese War Baihao condensed milk factory developed to its peak and founded Xishan porcelain factory.In the process of development of enterprises,Wu‘s enterprises are faced with the double oppression about feudal forces and foreign capitalism.First,the use of scientific management methods,Wu Baiheng deeply excavate internal potential,established a management system includes personnel system,accounting system,production system and sales system;Secondly,in the face of foreign capital and the competition of local enterprises,Wu Baiheng use legal means and market means to compete,and ultimately occupy the initiative of the market advantage;Finally,Wu Baiheng paid attention to the role of social network relations,to reduce the pressure of the feudal forces and bureaucratic forces,and get all kinds of good.From the late period of the Anti Japanese War to the founding of new China,the feudal forces and bureaucratic capital strengthened the oppression of the enterprises.Under the multiple pressures experienced the loss of the war of resistance against Japan,the factory moved,taxes and inflation,American dumping,Wu's enterprise eventually in April 1949 declared bankruptcy and liquidation.With the establishment of new China,under the support of the people's government,Wu's enterprises gradually resume production,and solve the debt disputes before liberation.From the beginning of 1952,Wu enterprises after two years of transition,in December 1,1954 the successful transition to the socialist nature of the enterprise.
