Wuling mountain area has" Anhua black tea"," Guzhang Maofeng green tea"," Shimen Yinfeng green tea "," Yuanling Jietan green tea ", etc. Facing the intense competition, how to develop the tea industry of Wuling mountain area resource advantage, revitalize and enhance the competitiveness of Anhui tea industry, it is an important problem to be saved immediately.In view of this, this paper first analyzes the tea industry competitiveness research background and literature, of tea industry competitiveness analysis of the related theory are summarized and SWOT analysis on Hunan Wuling mountain tea industry development objective evaluation, on this basis through factor analysis and cluster analysis of the competitiveness of Hunan Wuling mountain tea tea was quantitatively calculated. SWOT analysis showed that the Hunan mountainous area of Wuling has certain advantages in the richly endowed by nature eco geographical advantage, tea production base, resources and other aspects of quality, but there are also smaller, the level of production in tea garden tea industry, leading enterprises with low power is not strong, lack of liquidity and the type of tea in China does not fully meet the market demand, the level of the production of tea industry is inferior, which brings a rare opportunity Wulingshan contiguous poor areas to support efforts to increase the tea culture, leading the fashion trend and trend for the development of tea industry in Wuling mountain tea, but at the same time, Wuling mountain tea industry is still facing the challenges of rising labor costs, weaken the competitiveness advantage of rapid development of other domestic tea production status.In addition, cluster analysis showed that in Wuling mountain area of Hunan and Sichuan, Yunnan, Hubei tea producing area of tea industry development model is similar, in 12 provinces of the main producing area of tea belongs to the second echelon, and Sichuan, Yunnan, Hubei tea industry development status, although tea industry and traditional province have a certain gap, but there are still its own comparative advantage, can be as a powerful fulcrum of Wuling mountain area development and opening to the outside world; principal component analysis showed that in Hunan Province and the principal components score ranking are in the middle reaches, there is no advantage is particularly prominent, and the competitiveness of products is still relatively scarce.
