Research On Innovation Model Of Tea Industry Development In Hunan Wuling Mountain Area

Hunan Wuling mountain area is located in the central and Western Hunan, including the Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture, the city of Zhangjiajie, Huaihua, Shaoyang, Changde, Loudi and Yiyang, a total of 43 county (city, district). Due to the special natural, economic, social, historical, ethnic and other reasons, long-term economic development lag, the internal economic development between the provinces and cities within the area and some provinces and cities is not balanced, people's living standard is low, poverty is in a wide range and deep level.Based on the research of multi industry linkage development strategy and the whole industry chain integration construction as the two innovative research ideas, in this paper, tea industry as the starting point and the main industry, the market as the guidance, integrating the characteristic industrial resources in the area, promoting the healthy development of Hunan Wuling mountain area tea industry development strategic alliance and constructing the economic development model of superior industry association in Hunan Wuling mountain area. In addition, through constructing the whole industrial chain integration model of tea industry, carring out technical transfer and technical radiation, fostering the main body of the industrial cluster of tea industry major technology and product innovation, and constantly improving the overall competitiveness of tea industry, and ultimately realizing the tea industry as the leading factor, promoting the sustainable development of Hunan Wuling mountain area comprehensive economy.On the basis of deep understanding of national and local policy, this paper uses literature analysis, field investigation, empirical research, strategy analysis and analysis induction and other research methods, analyzes the research situation and trend of domestic and abroad, and the history and current situation of social and economic development status and trends in this area; investigates and combs the tea resources as the representative of characteristic and superior resources in Hunan Wuling mountain area; bases on the theory of "regional economy", "industrial linkage", "value chain", combines with the actual conditions of Hunan Wuling mountain area industrial development and existing infrastructure and poverty alleviation area, explores and constructs the Hunan Wuling mountain tea industry development innovation model, and puts forward four suggestions:(1) create a brand.Through the integration of resources, to create regional public brand "Xiaoxiang" tea.(2) Build a platform. That is to build a set of characteristic products exhibition, cultural dissemination and public information services in one of the "big Wuling Expo Garden.(3) Highlight a feature. From the brand image design, product culture interpretation, product packaging design, overall promotion highlight area in multi-ethnic harmony and cultural characteristics.(4) Construct two models. Namely the tea industry chain integration development model and the superior industry association development model, in order to promote the comprehensive development of Hunan Wuling mountain area.Studies have shown that Hunan Wuling mountain area is the superior region of Chinese tea production, through the integration of industrial chain, broadening the industrial sites, to construct the tea industry chain integration development model, which for the whole development of the area and the tea industry has important strategic significance. In addition, this area has excellent natural environment and profound humanistic and social foundation, and has irreplaceable geographical environment of high-quality green tea production, as the distinctive cultural phenomenon origin of Zen tea culture, grinding tea culture, dark tea culture and spreads to world. Integrating these superior resources of the area effectively, and constructing the area superior industry association development model, which creates excellent conditions to enhance the cultural soft power and regional internal development, and makes an important contribution to human health and harmonious society construction constantly.
