Under The Background Of Tourism Poverty Alleviation Of Rural Tourism Destination Planning Study

Poverty is a global problem which still needs to be solved during the development processing of human beings.One of the biggest challenges in achieving the overall well-off society is to solve the poverty problems in rural areas in China as the main poverty problems.Since reform and opening up,China has done a major rural poverty alleviation work.Chinese government performed a series of policies and measures for poverty alleviation.So that it get a great achievement in the past several years.With the rapid development of world tourism,tourism has played a more and more important role in promoting the economic development and poverty alleviation,and it has become one of the most important forms of poverty relif work in the world.To further dig the potential of tourism,experts and scholars at home and abroad have been devoted to exploring the effective ways of tourism and poverty alleviation in decades.However,compared with the research on tourism and poverty alleviation,the research on rural tourism destination poverty alleviation was still not enough.In the process of the actual tourism planning of rural tourism destination,planners made rural tourism poverty alleviation work as equal to the planning and development of scienic areas.The planning was too urbanized,which made the villiages all looked the same with each other and were lack of characteristics.At the same time,in the process of poverty alleviation,as the planners were lack of the consideration of local population,so that they could not help the poor people to get rich,which resulted in poverty alleviation can not achieve the maximum.Based on the problems in the process of tourism poverty alleviation,writer studied the basic principles and procedures of rural tourism destinatione tourism planning and finally drew the conclution through analysised and summaried the relevant theories and practices of tourism and rural tourism in the domestic and international tourism,and combined with the current situation of domestic tourism poverty alleviation and related policies.At the same time,through the introduction of writer’s paticipation in the practice project——Jinzhai County,Xiao Nanjing Villiage tourism overall planning to show the combination of theoretical research and examples.In practical cases,through the study and analysis of the status quo of rural tourism destination,combined with the actual situation in rural areas to determine the planning and positioning.And from thegovernment,planning and preparation of units,local enterprises,the interests of the villagers,such as the interests of the point of view,the development of tourism destination development strategy and the path of poverty alleviation.Then,carry on the spatial layout and the division plan of the tourist destination,improve the tourism product system,and make the overall marketing strategy and guarantee conditions.Eventually help the villagers to get rich,harmonious development,so as to meet the Xiao Nanjing village to achieve the goal of a comprehensive well-off.
