An Empirical Study On Rural Tourism Poverty Alleviation Based On The National Poverty Alleviation Background

Pingchang County is a special poverty-stricken area where the poor population is concentrated and distributed.Under the guidance of the National Policy on Poverty Alleviation,the government has taken a series of measures to help the poor people out of poverty.Tourism poverty alleviation has become a kind of "hematopoietic" poverty alleviation means which is popularized throughout the country because of its quick effect,low poverty return rate and wide participation of the poor population.However,The literature on the benefit of the poor population from the perspective of tourism poverty alleviation in China is still insufficient.Pingchang County is a poor county with rich tourism resources.Therefore,this paper hopes to systematically elaborate the "Pingchang County Tourism Poverty Alleviation Institute".In order to provide reference for rural tourism poverty alleviation in Pingchang County,we can get benefits,how to better combine tourism poverty alleviation with precision poverty alleviation,and how to achieve tourism precision poverty alleviation.Through the research on the current situation and related concepts of precision poverty alleviation in rural tourism at home and abroad,this paper provides theoretical guidance for the precision poverty alleviation of tourism in Pingchang County;through reading literature,field investigation,interviews to obtain relevant data,This paper analyzes the basic situation of Pingchang County,the present situation of tourism development,and discusses in detail the benefits of poverty alleviation in the aspects of population,economy,transportation,and resettlement and relocation in Pingchang County.The successful cases of poverty alleviation in rural tourism in China are compared to provide reference for the development of poverty alleviation in Pingchang County.Through the study on the poverty alleviation model of rural tourism and thedeficiency and suggestion in poverty alleviation,the author summarizes 9 kinds of rural tourism poverty alleviation model and 8 kinds of poverty alleviation development mode of rural tourism,namely government leading mode,cooperation mode,Government + company + Rural Tourism Association + travel Agency,stereoscopic mode,shareholding system mode.,companies + farmers,the model of combination of agriculture and tourism,the mode of agricultural and enterprise combination,the mode of tourist attraction and the development mode of sightseeing agriculture garden,the pattern of Village development,the pattern of rural pastoral scenery,the development mode of impoverished village,the development mode of folk custom,the development mode of relying on the source of tourists,the In order to provide basis and guidance for Pingchang County tourism poverty alleviation model.At the same time,using SWOT analysis method to evaluate the tourism resources of Pingchang County,analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of poverty alleviation in Pingchang County,and put forward relevant measures and suggestions.Secondly,from the tourist market and poor people to the cause of poverty,the field Questionnaire survey.Through the software cartography analysis of ArcGIS,Orangecanvas and so on,summed up 5 kinds of main impoverished people,namely education poverty type,labor poverty type,disability poverty type,concept poverty type,skill poverty type,and on this basis,analyzed the poor category which is suitable for the development of tourism poverty alleviation.Finally,from the policy guarantee,the Fund guarantee,the environment safeguard,the talented person safeguard several aspects proposed the rural tourism poverty alleviation safeguard measure response method and has made the elaboration to the traveling poverty alleviation path...
