Tourism has always been known as the "sunrise industry".In the 30 years since China's reform and opening up, tourism has been more development. The same to the main business of tourism——Travel Agency.The "Travel Agency Regulation",which came into effect on May 1.2009.In this document,lowered the threshold for the establishment of domestic and international travel agencies and their branches.The number of these have a sharply increation under the limited size of the market,so the market competitipn is getting intense.How to advance the market ability of travel agencies to survival and progress in the fierce market competition,is each manager should think about it.This thesis does some investigation and information collection about the marketing situation of Nanning China Youth Travel Sevice. Study of this data, we know the internal status of this agency. With analyze the environment and the marketing problemsof Nanning CYTS by STP method and 4Ps method, this thesis puts forward some development strategy in positioning, products branding,physical evidence,price,channels development and promotion, to solve this travel agency marketing problems. In addition,this thesis puts forward 4P+4C+4R theory and customer loyalty theory,winning new customers at the same time to maintain market share,so can reach the marketing implementation and effective. We hope to supply useful experience to another small and medium-sized tourist enterprise similar to the Nanning CYTS.Ultimately we increase brand awareness.
