With the rapid increase of the income of the Chinese people and the popularization of the Internet, the rapid development of commodity and life in the developed countries, such as Europe, America, and other countries have made a lot of changes in the short time. Facing the change of market environment is so strong and fast, medium and small travel agencies if you still follow the traditional way of thinking and operation, it would be difficult to develop step by step, even hard to survive.Management guru Drucker once said: "the competition among enterprises is not the competition between products, but the competition between business models." How to stand out in a number of travel agencies, to get the survival and development, in the future, travel agents how to deal with the new competition environment, try and use the new commercial means to develop the market, it is worth us to explore. In this paper, the innovation theory and advanced analysis methods and tools of modern business model are used to analyze the macro and micro environment of tourism enterprises. At the same time, from the perspective of the overall situation of tourism enterprises to further deepen the research, it is helpful for the domestic travel agency business new model of theoretical research, the practice of their new business models to provide reference.Based on China's current market environment and social environment, the paper takes the commercial model as the breakthrough point, and takes the commercial pattern as the main line, and then combined with the actual situation, taking B travel agency as an example, analyzing the various difficulties and situations in the initial stage of B travel agency, and taking a series of measures to study how to use the correct method to realize the transformation of the company, and make it better with the market environment.
