The Service Mode Research Based On Development Pattern Of Industrial Design Base For Zhejiang Industrial Clusters

As the fourth industrial revolution has emerged,the global industrial economy has been changes.While many of the industrial clusters in zhejiang province exposed the innovation consciousness,lack of high-quality talent,peer competition,industrial production common problems such as lack of digital information.In order to reverse this bad geographic economic phenomenon,need the power of the platform for the government and colleges and universities to help enterprises to complete the transformation and upgrading.Under this form industrial design base will provide industrial cluster innovation design resources and related services.The base since its inauguration in September 2014,exposed a series of problems to solve the problem of service development.The core aim of this paper is to obtain the zhejiang province industrial design base on the service mode of the development of industrial clusters innovation decision theory reference.Research content including base development present situation research,on-the-spot investigation,the present situation of participate in the comprehensive survey of object,authoritative experts in the field of opinion rally,etc.Research methods and results concerning 1.Literature research to understand the domestic and foreign similar on the construction of innovation base and service pattern development condition;2.Through the field observation report and related materials research innovation base service development present situation;3.The field interview and questionnaire of base and industrial cluster of enterprises and other comprehensive survey,the service object demand screening results based on the clustering analysis;4.The Delphi method is used to build base evaluation index system of service pattern table;5.Using the AHP analytic hierarchy process comprehensive calculation,the result of the authoritative expert weight gain decision-making expert reference service pattern development.Finally through all the service pattern development research theory basis of decision-making,puts forward the policy Suggestions for the development of base service mode.The study of the theory of the previous innovation base,the biggest innovation of this paper lies in adopting AHP for the first time service pattern development decision-making in the field of study,as an exploratory experiment with the academic,research results will be directly used in the construction of base of zhejiang provincial industrial design planning.Are expected to apply this method to the province and the similar service mode innovation base of other research.The study of the theory of the previous innovation base,the biggest innovation of this paper lies in adopting AHP for the first time service pattern development decision-making in the field of study,as an exploratory experiment with the academic,research results will be directly used in the construction of base of zhejiang provincial industrial design planning.Are expected to apply this method to the province and the similar service mode innovation base of other research.
