In the age of knowledge-based economy,the present economic climate puts forward higher requirement for the quality and capability of enterprise administrators.Not only dominant qualities such as outstanding knowledge and skills,but underlying qulaity such as prominent sense of worth,attitude,psychological power,are requested.Training is a effective way to improve ability and performance.The experience of practice proves that the traditional training is difficult to meet the all-around training demand for knowledge,skills,attitude and mental model.So the training system that can generally improve the comprehensive qualities and abilities is an urgent need.Competency model is an effective tool in human resource management.Research of construction for competency model has been undertaken by many researchers,yet additional potentials on the application of competency model in human resource management still exist.Especially the application of the model in training for administrators deserves to be discussed in depth.Through analyses of the insufficiency and features in traditional training,this paper constucts an integrated training system for administrators,which is based on the competency model.By using the method of academic research and demonstration study,this paper studies the training system of enterprise administrators based on competency model.Gained from the contrastive analysis of traditional training,which is a technically oriented method,structures and procedures of the new training model based on competency model are discussed.Principles,ways,means,process steps are studied,which are used for training demand analysis,training plan,course design,training implementation,effect evaluation.And the PDCA circulation system is finally built based on competency model.In order to study the competency model of administrators,mathematics mathematic such as comprehensive analysis and factor analyse method are used.Bared the predecessors's study,training course is further developed,which partly has application in the enterprise and achieves the desired effect.In the analysis of case,this paper take the training of grass-roots managers in a grid company as a example and elaborates the processes of training system based on competency model,providing valuable reference for the implementation of the study.
