As a significant human resource management tool,the competency model has been widely used and recognized in many large international companies.The reasonable application of the competency model not only stimulates the potential of talents to make them more qualified for job requirements,but also makes the development goals of job talents more strategic for enterprises.This article takes the Z real estate company,which has rapidly become a leader in the industry in recent years,as an example,optimizes and improves its existing training system based on the competency model,so as to be able to solve the current deficiencies in the training of key positions in the Z real estate company.This paper uses data analysis method,questionnaire survey method,and interview method to analyze the needs of the key positions of Z real estate based on the competency model,that is,the Z model is used as a reference for the competencies model established in key positions of Z real estate companies,and the current key positions are compared and extracted.Missing and insufficient competence.Then,in combination with the demand,the existing training model is optimized,training programs are designed,and the quality of key personnel competence is improved in a targeted manner.In order to make full use of the internal talents of the company,a talent team with excellent performance will be formed to meet the next development needs of the company.
