Safety Traceability System Can Affect The Willingness And The Factors Involved In The Vegetable Farmers In Jiangxi Province

This research attempts to willingness to participate in Jiangxi vegetable growers of vegetables quality and safety traceability system of empirical analysis, in-depth and extent of mining factors affect peasants ' willingness to participate in the proposed Jiangxi province vegetable production, procurement, packaging, processing, transportation,oversee the entire vegetable supply chain, storage, marketing, etc., targeted to establish Jiangxi vegetable quality safety traceability system. Incomplete information and reduce information asymmetry, increase consumers awareness and confidence in the vegetable market, so as to promote the healthy development of vegetable industry in Jiangxi Province. After the vegetable quality and safety traceability system Participation Willingness theoretical basis of combing, Jiangxi Province based on five major vegetable growing counties 366 farmer field survey data, this dissertation uses Logistic binary regression models Jiangxi Province peasants involved in vegetable quality and safety traceability system and its influencing factors wishes empirical analysis. The results showed that: Jiangxi vegetable farmers willing to participate in the quality and safety traceability system ratio is generally not high, which is to promote and improve the Jiangxi vegetable quality and safety traceability system, to achieve appropriate scale vegetable business,improve the quality and safety of vegetables is very unfavorable,the farmer's own consciousness, revenue is expected to produce economic conditions surrounding cooperation organization, government policies, technical training and promotion and other seven factors that affect peasants are involved in major factor in vegetable quality and safety traceability system. In this paper, strengthening the government leading role, a sound legislative norms, unified system standards; expand policy advocacy, strengthening technical training; improve vegetable production field recording system to promote respect vegetables Cooperation Organization, a sound market mechanisms such as the construction of agricultural proposed to promote Jiangxi Province peasants participation vegetable quality and safety traceability-related strategies and policy recommendations system.
