Research On The Willingness Of Rice Farmers To Participate In The Quality Traceability Of Agricultural Products In Qiqihar City

Agricultural products are the main source of food.The quality and safety of agricultural products is an important issue concerning the national economy and people's livelihood.In recent years,the quality and safety of agricultural products have been exposed repeatedly,which seriously disturbs the market order.The main reason is that the production and circulation of agricultural products are prone to serious information asymmetry problems,resulting in unsafe agricultural products liability traceability and product flow traceability,causing great harm to consumers,and have a very negative impact on society.The internationally recognized reliable means to guarantee the quality and safety of agricultural products is to establish the traceability system of agricultural products.On the one hand,effective traceability system of agricultural products can supervise the safety behavior of producers and managers,and ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products;on the other hand,through reverse traceability of problematic agricultural products,it can quickly locate the subject of problematic behavior,clarify the boundaries of responsibility,and reduce the cost of traceability.The production link is the source of agricultural products traceability,and the quality and safety of the source is very important for the whole agricultural product industry chain.To realize the source control of agricultural product quality and safety,more and more farmers need to participate in the agricultural product traceability system to standardize production behavior.Therefore,this paper studies the willingness and influencing factors of farmers to participate in the traceability system of agricultural products,in order to provide reasonable suggestions for the government to improve the willingness of farmers to participate in traceability system,further improve the traceability system of agricultural products,and ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products.On the basis of literature and theoretical research on traceability system of agricultural products and farmers' willingness to participate in traceability,this paper chooses Logit model as an econometric analysis model of farmers' willingness to participate in traceability and its influencing factors.Referring to information asymmetry theory and related theory of farmers' behavior,this paper constructs a theoretical model of influencing factors of farmers' willingness to participate in traceability of agricultural products.Through the analysis of rice farmers in Qiqihar Based on the data obtained from the survey,the paper analyzed the willingness of rice farmers to participate in retrospective analysis and the influencing factors by using the backward regression method.The results showed that the planting scale,farmers' perception,price expectation,participation cost expectation and organization participation had significant effects on farmers' willingness to participate.Based on the investigation and analysis of the construction and practice of agricultural product traceability system in Qiqihar City,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures for the government to promote the participation of rice farmers in agricultural product traceability: first,strengthen the publicity and training for farmers,and improve farmers' awareness of agricultural product traceability system.Second,differentiate and guide farmers of different production scales,promote the intensive development of small and medium-sized farmers through cooperative operation,and rationally guide large-scale farmers to participate in traceability through technical assistance.Third,we should ensure the market price of traceable agricultural products,constantly strengthen the supervision of the quality and safety of agricultural products,improve consumers' awareness of traceable agricultural products,and support traceable agricultural production and processing enterprises.Fourth,we should promote the construction of industrial organizations,formulate rationalization mechanisms to ensure their efficient operation and release the vitality of industrial organizations.Fifth,increase farmers' participation in retrospective subsidy projects,and provide certain subsidies for retrospective information acquisition equipment.Sixth,accelerate the construction of standardization retrospective demonstration base and expand the demonstration effect.
