Tourism service quality is the actual perception of tourists object, the understanding of the subjective perception to measure mainly by tourists. In such a case, the author nearly three years of the 12 cities in Zhejiang province tourist satisfaction survey as the yardstick, in Wenzhou as the research object, from the tourist satisfaction survey results, and the two aspects of tourism service quality complaints situation of Wenzhou tourism service quality present situation of carding, and through the analysis found that areas with tourism market operators to Wenzhou model deeply already a long time practitioner, the improvement ideas of management, the overall quality is not high; Tourism market main body, mature consumption psychology and consumption behavior is not enough reason, such problems as weak consciousness of human rights; Tourism market regulatory functions dispersed cross, too weak law enforcement power, absence of long-term governance mechanism, and inadequate guild self-discipline problem seriously affects the service quality of the whole city. To improve tourism service quality, it is necessary to actively play to the functions of the government by creating a good environment for the rule of law to provide travel service quality improvement of external support, innovation management method and train of thought to provide powerful guarantees for tourism service quality improvement, improve industry awareness of self improvement to provide the inner motive power of tourism service quality improvement, improve the whole quality of practitioners to provide travel service quality improvement of quality assurance. Only the government departments, the subjects of tourism market management, consumption, the joint efforts of tourism practitioners, to further improve tourism service quality.
