Tourist satisfaction is one of the core research contents of tourism management and tourism geography,and has been the focus of tourism research.In 2022,China’s 14th Five-Year Plan for Tourism Development states that it will promote the construction of national tourism demonstration zones and comprehensively improve the quality of tourism development.Traveling the scenic area is an important component of the tourism system,studying the scenic area tourist satisfaction can improve the tourist tour experience,is of great significance to the development of our tourism industry.Yesanpo Scenic Spot,as a national 5A tourist attraction,enjoys a high reputation throughout the country and is favored by tourists from all over the country,even from overseas.Yesanpo is an important area of tourism development in Hebei Province.It is of great significance and practical guidance to study tourist satisfaction in Yesanpo scenic spot.Based on the development experience of tourism industry in relevant areas at home and abroad,this paper uses relevant theories such as satisfaction degree and sustainable development of tourism,and adopts relevant research methods such as literature research method,questionnaire survey method and IPA model analysis method to analyze the main factors affecting the satisfaction degree of tourists in Yesanpo Scenic spot,and puts forward a series of practical solutions to the existing problems at the present stage.In this paper,the relevant theoretical literature on improving tourist satisfaction is taken as a reference,and the development status and characteristics of Yesanpo scenic spot are combined with online and offline methods to issue questionnaires.Through the establishment of IPA analysis model,the 21 scoring factors that have the greatest impact on tourist satisfaction are extracted,and then the four main problems in Yesanpo scenic spot at the present stage are summarized: unsound public service facilities and backward supporting functions;The tourism characteristics of the scenic spot are insufficient,and the degree of tourists’ participation is not high;Lack of modern management concept,management mode needs to be optimized;Scenic spot publicity work is not in place,scenic spot visibility is not high.In response to the above problems,optimization strategies are proposed as follows: first,strengthen infrastructure management and enhance public service capacity;Second,explore the scenic spot characteristic tourism projects,enhance the participation of tourists;Third,strengthen management to enhance tourists’ sense of experience;Fourth,strengthen marketing publicity and improve the overall quality of scenic spots.Through multi-pronged approach,the satisfaction of Yesanpo tourism is gradually improved,and theoretical guidance is provided for the scientific,healthy and high-quality development of Yesanpo tourism.Finally,according to the deficiencies of this study,the future work is prospected.
