Research On The Distribution Of Commercial Network In The Main Area Of Lanzhou

As the political,economic,cultural and information center of Gansu Province,Lanzhou city is not only the capital of Gansu Province but the impotent city in northwest of China.Since ancient times Lanzhou is the transport hub in northwestern region,naturally become the Silk Road Economic Belt leading.2016 is the city of Lanzhou will release a new version of the commercial network planning time,and coincides with the Lanzhou city rail transit construction has entered the track,which will bring hitherto unknown opportunities and challenges to the Lanzhou business.Commercial network planning is regardless of which city the overall layout planning is one of the most important part,excellent layout of commercial network planning can integrate with the overall urban planning layout perfect,the two complement each other and jointly promote the development of the progress of the whole city.Firstly in this paper,the theory of commercial network planning of careful combing and summary,according to these theories comprehensively summarizes the factors affecting the layout of commercial outlets;secondly,a detailed analysis of the present situation of Lanzhou city commercial network layout,for the layout of commercial outlets exist in are described;in time,from two aspects of theory and measurement of Lanzhou city commercial network layout influencing factors were analyzed.Finally,according to the above analysis results are presented for some effective policy recommendations.The results showed that method of Lanzhou city commercial network layout receives the influence of population,transportation,economic development level,resident consumption and urban spatial structure;and in view of the existing problems should be taken is: follow the economic law,perfect the construction of commercial center,intensify the construction of commercial networks.
