Research On Evaluation Of Nan Mu Forest Resources Ecological Service Function

Forest ecological benefit evaluation has become a hot area with the development of the market economy,especially after the third plenary session of 18,when the balance sheet of natural resources planning came out.Since November 2015,Hulunbeir of Inner Mongolia,the jurisdiction of Nan Mu forest region,has carried out the pilot work of preparing natural resources balance sheet.Forest is important accounting in the table,evaluate forest resources ecological benefit value is an important step.Then we could learn practicability and importance of forest resources ecological benefit evaluation.Forest resources ecological value assessment is a relatively new thing in China and there are few sample on it.This paper review and summarize related research of forest ecological benefit evaluation methods,summarize the advantages and disadvantages of them and chose alternative engineering method to study.Then select formulas and six ecological benefit indexes according to the Evaluation Standard.Six indexes are water conservation,soil conservation,carbon sequestration and release oxygen,accumulation of nutrients,purify the atmosphere environment,biodiversity protection.Analysis the value of forest ecological benefits according to the data obtained by survey.Through all the studies,the value of Nan Mu forest ecological benefit is 59.30 billion yuan a year.Nan Mu forest ecological benefits of forest resources for the important meaning.The great significance of forests resource could be seen.According to the results,combined with Nan Mu has focused on direct value of forest resources than its ecological value for a long time,this paper come up with some suggestions on management and using for Nan Mu forest resource,such as deforestation,fire protection,recreation,employment.The result of this paper could provide reference and data supporting for pilot work of Hulunbeir.Further more,this paper enriched the case of forest resources ecological benefits evaluation.In order to provide reference for evaluation practice.
