As information technology, Internet technology and communication technology develop faster than ever before, increasing enterprises choose to apply electronic procurement (e-procurement) instead of traditional one. Compared with traditional procurement, e-procurement can reduce the cost of enterprise procurement greatly, improve the core competency of enterprises. Furthermore, e-procurement is immune to most natural conditions, like geography, weather, time, etc.In order to maximize the advantage of e-procurement to enhance enterprise procurement efficiency, an effective and efficient enterprise e-procurement system is of great concern. In the process of enterprise e-procurement, the evaluation and selection of a provider can be regarded as a multiple attribute decision-making problem. The state of art literatures on enterprise e-procurement from both home and abroad are rich, while literatures studying enterprise e-procurement from the perspective of multiple attribute decision-making are relatively less. However, literatures applying the method, which is a combination of fuzzy theories and multiple attribute decision-making, to solve the problem of provider evaluation and selection of enterprise e-procurement are really rare. This paper firstly combines several fuzzy theories with multiple attribute decision-making, and applies the combination method to enterprise e-procurement. The enterprise e-procurement process is regarded as a multiple attribute decision-making problem, and two simulation models are built according to the classification of enterprise procurement. Finally, two examples with software programs are illustrated to testify the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed simulation models. The research of this paper consists of three parts, shown as follows:(1) Construction of enterprise e-procurement model. The enterprise e-procurement model consists of three stage, say, data preparation stage, screen stage and search stage. In data preparation stage, evaluation criteria and the threshold value and optimal value of evaluation criteria will be set. In screen stage, several satisfying services of each service request will be screened out. In search stage, one most satisfying procurement plan will be found.(2) Construction of enterprise e-tendering model. The enterprise e-tendering model contains two main parts:obtaining weight information of evaluation criteria and identification of optimal tenderer. A modified AHP is applied to get the weight information of evaluation criteria, while a modified GRA is used to find the optimal tenderer.(3) Development of prototype system of each model. According to the two models, two corresponding prototype systems are developed. The experiment results of prototype systems strongly imply the availability and effectiveness of the proposed enterprise e-procurement model and enterprise e-tendering model.
