Nowadays,companies are increasingly aware of the importance of knowledge,and knowledge has become the biggest advantage for enterprises in competition.Therefore,enterprises must scientifically manage and apply knowledge in their daily business activities.Knowledge sharing is the key point in this process,and it is the key to whether an enterprise can acquire knowledge and have a competitive advantage.Therefore,for enterprises,it is very important to promote the employees' knowledge sharing behavior through effective means.Leader,as the manager of the organization,needs to interact with employees regularly in their daily work.Some behaviors and attitudes of the leaders will subtly and guide employees' behaviors,which will affect their behavior.Therefore,lead-member exchange(LMX)differentiation as a form of leadership may affect the employees' knowledge sharing behavior.The article starts from the motives of employees' knowledge sharing,and takes employees' reciprocal motivation and self-interest motive as the starting point.The article selects the leader-member exchange and status conflict as the moderator,and further tests the interactive moderate between the lead-member exchange differetiation and knowledge sharing.The article also studies the results of crossover and conflict between two motivations.Based on data from 403 valid questionnaires from 102 teams,this study further examined the main effects of leader-member exchange differentiation and knowledge sharing through Mplus 7.4 software,the moderate effects of leader-member exchange and status conflicts,and triple interaction effects.The results show that LMX differentiation negatively influences employees' knowledge sharing behaviors;LMX moderates the relationship between LMX differentiation and knowledge sharing,that is,compared with lower quality LMX,higher quality LMX,The negative effects of LMX differentiation on knowledge sharing weakened;status conflict moderates the relationship between LMX differentiation and knowledge sharing,that is,when the status conflict is high,LMX differentiation has a stronger negative effect on employees' knowledge sharing behavior;conversely,the negative effect weakens;LMX Differentiation,LMX and status conflict have significant triple interaction effects on employees' knowledge sharing behavior.When the status conflict is high,the moderate effect of LMX between LMX differentiation and employees' knowledge sharing behavior is weaker.
