With the continuous development of social economy,the logistics industry has ushered an unprecedented development opportunities,while there are various problems in it such as logistics total cost is high and the service level is backward and other issues.In order to improve the level of service and economic benefits,access to sustainable development,service innovation is the inevitable choice for the logistics enterprises.Firstly,the paper outlines something about service innovation of logistics enterprise,including the connotation and characteristics of service innovation,the connotation and characteristics of logistics service,and the connotation and characteristics of service innovation of logistics enterprise.Then,the paper describes the needs of logistics enterprise service innovation and analysis the internal and external motivation to innovate the logistics service.Secondly,based on the service innovation driving force model,put forward by Sundbo and taking logistics enterprises as the border,the paper analysis the internal and external factors that influence logistics enterprises to carry out service innovation.At the same time,with the system dynamics method,the paper analysis of the causal relationship between the various factors and builds corresponding system flow chart.The paper also takes advantage of Vensim PLE platform to simulate the SD model,and the simulation results are analyzed to draw the conclusion of this paper.Moreover,the paper also analyzes the sensitivity of the SD model,and studies the sensitivity of logistics enterprise service innovation returns to different influencing factors.Last but not least,the paper takes actual situation of the integration of GOODay logistics to solve the "last mile" problem of the service innovation case for example,focusing on the analysis of the successful experience of its service innovation and promotion value.And then,the paper puts forward some management measures that are helpful for the logistics enterprises to do better in the service innovation from the macro and micro aspects.From a macro point of view,government departments should give logistics enterprises adequate policy support,encourage and guide actively the enterprise logistics to carry out service innovation activities;financial institutions should provide the necessary financial support for the logistics enterprises,reduce the cost of financing.From the microscopic point of view,logistics enterprises should develop appropriate service innovation strategy;increase the input of modern logistics facilities and equipment;improve the quality of logistics enterprise staff,etc.
