Research On Service Quality Of A Overseas Warehouse Logistics Service Provider Based On System Dynamics

With the development of economic globalization,China's export trade has developed rapidly,and the popularity of Internet and communication equipment has also promoted the development of cross-border e-commerce,but cross-border logistics has become an important obstacle to the further development of cross-border e-commerce.Based on the current status quo,the overseas warehouse mode emerged as the times require,and gradually became the preferred cross-border logistics method for cross-border e-commerce.As an overseas warehouse logistics service provider,C ompany A can provide services such as head-end transportation,mid-end warehousing and tail-end delivery for cross-border e-commerce sellers.However,due to the excessive logistics links and large time and space span of overseas warehouse operations,it often leads to errors in order processing,loss of goods damage,untimely delivery,and low efficiency in handling complaints,which seriously affects the quality of logistics services in overseas warehouse operations and further affects the satisfaction of cross-border e-commerce sellers and overseas buyers on logistics services.The quality of logistics services in the overseas warehouse business has become an important factor influencing the further development of the overseas warehouse business of Company A.Therefore,the research in this paper has practical significance.This paper takes A company as the research object to study the logistics service quality of A company's overseas warehouse business.Firstly,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the logistics service quality of A company's overseas warehouse business,analyzes the influencing factors of logistics service quality based on the investigation and interview situation,tests and adjusts the specific indicators of influencing factors,and calculates the index weight by entropy weight method.On this basis,the system dynamics model of the logistics service quality of A company's overseas warehouse business is constructed.In this paper,the validity and rationality of the model are verified by the validity test,extreme condition test and historical test of the model.The trend prediction and policy experiment are carried out on the simulation experiment results,that is,the same proportion of the business investment in all aspects of overseas warehouses is improved as an improvement plan,and the improvement effect of different schemes on the logistics service quality of overseas warehouses is analyzed and compared.In this way,we can determine the optimal proportion of business input in all aspects,in order to maximize the quality of A company's overseas warehouse logistics services.Based on the analysis of simulation results,this paper puts forward specific measures to improve the quality of A company's overseas warehouse business logistics service.This dissertation has 25 figures,18 tables,and 61 references.
