Human society has entered into the time of knowledge and economy in 21th century. Human resource, which is the most important supporter of holding and using knowledge, will become the most significant strategically resource instead of capital. The company will take advantage in drastic competition if it holds the more excellent human resource. Creativity and initiative are the characteristic of the human resource. If we pay attention and enhance of the management of human resource, it will promote the development of the production, improve the productivity of labor, and increase the economic benefits of the organization.The subject of implementing program is the man, whose ability, attitude and behavior will influence the process and the outcome of the program. The management of human resource is aimed at adjusting the job attitude, enhancing personal ability, creating the organizational culture, promoting the trust among workmates by recruit, promotion, performance assessment, payment management, communication, training and etc., to make the organization lively, agglomerate and synergic.The background of thesis is the security. In order to split share in stable market, increase organization assessment, and get rid of loss. By writing the cases of human resource, we will find out the problem of human resource in cases, and we will use the means of human resource management to analysis, finally, we will provide the countermeasures which are motivating the staffs'initiative and promoting the staffs' work efficiency and the power of execution.
