Research On The Countermeasures To Improve Risk Management Of Daqing Industrial And Commercial Guarantee Company

In recent years, the number and the social development status of small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs) which is more and more cause the attention of the countries.But because of the limitation of their own conditions, such as the scale of the SMEs is small and business management is not standard, the survival and development of SMEs which is hampered by financing difficulties. The emergence of the guarantee industry provide the power for solving the problem of financing difficulties for SMEs, which is also split the credit risk of the bank.Guarantee industry have a high risk and low return characteristics operate, so the improvement of the risk management countermeasure is important to the survival and development of the SMEs.In this paper, the author research and analysis the risk management status of Daqing Industrial and Commercial Guarantee Company(DQICGC) on the basis of combing the guarantee risk theory of domestic and foreign. The author find out the defects of DQICGC risk management mainly include internal lack of risk awareness, risk lack of initiative and coordination, guarantee business operation is not standard, business operation risk control is insufficient, lack to implement the whole project risk control, low efficiency and accuracy.and so on. On this basis, the author analyzes the reason causing the risk of DQICGC, finally put forward the methods and measures to solve the problem of risk management is to establish a risk culture, set up the risk awareness, improve the risk management system,strengthen training, comb the business operation process, strengthen exploration and innovation. The author hope that through this article research to improve the countermeasures for perfecting the DQICGC risk management. At the same time,the author also hopes to provide the reference for the same industry and the related financial industry.
