Research On The Dynamic Mechanism Of Agricultural Industrialization In Sichuan Under The New Normal

Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy, the industrialization of agriculture is a system innovation which is conducive to the development of agriculture, and it is the way to realize the modernization of agriculture. Under the background of the new normal, Sichuan agricultural industrialization of driven by the traditional factors of production mode has been difficult to sustain, need to find new impetus to the development of agricultural industrialization in Sichuan, in order to promote the development of agricultural industrialization in Sichuan Province, also to other provinces looking for agricultural industry new driving force to provide reference.This paper to the new normal agricultural modernization development in Sichuan as the research background, to the new normal Sichuan agricultural industrialization of new power as the research subject, the theory of scale economy, theory of vertical integration, comparative cost theory, human capital theory and institutional change theory as the theoretical basis of the research. Based on the macro data of agricultural industrialization in Sichuan in 2003~2014, the index system of input and output of agricultural industrialization was established, and the current situation of agricultural industrialization in Sichuan was described. The 2003~2014 Sichuan agricultural industrialization of the macro data, established on the level of the development of agricultural industrialization in Sichuan for analysis of principal component analysis method of the empirical model, the level of agricultural industrialization in Sichuan Province around the city are evaluated and compared. By referring to the agricultural industry representative of the developed countries and regions in the United States, Western Europe and Japan agricultural industrialization model, and combined with the Sichuan Province three regional economic development level, geographical conditions, natural Ding Fu, agriculture market environment, transport and logistics services, agricultural science and technology and agricultural talents situation, the paper puts forward to adapt to the development of agricultural industrialization in the various regions of Sichuan Regional mode. And on the basis of theoretical analysis, combined with the background of the new normal state agricultural strategy and the condition of the agricultural development in Sichuan Province, the new impetus of the development of agricultural industrialization in Sichuan province was put forward. Research results show that:First, the new normal Sichuan agricultural industrialization of showed a decreasing trend in investment index in agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery number of employees and fertilizer amount, effective irrigation area, use of electricity in rural areas, agricultural plastic film using amount and farmers production of fixed investment increased, the total sown area of total power of agricultural machinery and food crops present does not increase unabated trend. Output value of agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery output, grain yield and oil yield showed an increasing trend. Pig slaughter head number showed decrease trend.Two, Sichuan Province, province, the level of agricultural development is extremely uneven, the Sichuan basin plain area is higher than the plain area of Sichuan basin, Sichuan basin plain area is higher than the Sichuan plateau minority areas. Chengdu City, agricultural industrialization level is much higher than Panzhihua, Ganzi and ABA area.Three, scale management makes the efficiency of agricultural industrialization in Sichuan province. However, the resource allocation is unreasonable, which hinders the improvement of the efficiency of agricultural industrialization in Sichuan. As the core power of the agricultural industry, scientific research investment is insufficient, which has reduced the efficiency of agricultural industrialization in Sichuan province.Fourth,the development mode of agricultural industrialization, Sichuan Basin should choose suburban agricultural industrialization model, processing enterprises driven type model of agricultural industrialization, the professional market radiation model of agricultural industrialization and export-oriented foreign-exchange agricultural industrialization mode and ute thin main products relying on model of agricultural industrialization. In the hilly area of Sichuan basin, it is supposed to develop the intermediary service oriented agricultural industrialization mode, the driving mode of the processing enterprises and the multi agricultural participation oriented agricultural industrialization mode. The ethnic minority areas in Sichuan plateau should adopt the mode of agricultural industrialization based on the characteristics of the plateau and the mode of agricultural industrialization and the driving mode of animal husbandry and aquaculture processing enterprises.Fifth, Sichuan agricultural industrialization development dynamic mechanism should give full play to the release of the bonus system and urbanization traction, agricultural informationization to promote, talents construction of agricultural industrialization, agricultural science and technology innovation, establish agricultural famous brand and industry chain upgrade the seven power source for.
