Study Of Dynamic Mechanism Under The New Normal Background About Service-rization Of Industrial Structure In Guangdong Province

The economy of China has achieved a rapid development since 1978 in which year China started to implement Reform and Opening. Benefited from national policies and own resources advantage, Guangdong Province has already become the top economy province in China with rapid rise. Since the financial crisis which happened in 2008, economic development of Guangdong Province experienced a period of bottleneck. China is facing into “New Normal” of its economy which means the era of rapid economic growth of China has become the past. The new economic development stage will slow down to middle-high speed or even worse. China’s economic development faces three serious issues: velocity changes, structural optimization and power conversion, which is the same situation that would happen in Guangdong Province under the “new normal” background.Service-rization of industrial structure is a necessary result of economy when it develops to a certain stage, the most intuitive phenomenon would be the output value proportion and employment proportion of tertiary industry are leading the first industry and second industry. Under the “new normal” background, the best way to solve current problem of Guangdong Province is promoting the development of the service-rization of industrial structure. During the meeting period of “13th Five-Year Plan” which just finished, “Accelerating the development of modern service operations, expanding market access, promoting the development of quality and efficient of services” has been mentioned in “The Government Work Report” which write by Prime minister Keqiang Li. Therefore, the key study contents of this paper are: How to promote the development of the service-rization of industrial structure with the influences comes from the dual role of national policies and the economic environment; What are those influence factors of service-rization of industrial structure in current economic environment.Based on the summary of theoretical development of service-rization of industrial structures, the study of this paper will relate the development of service-rization of industrial structures in Guangdong Province and the truth of China is under the new normal background in current time. Firstly, analyzing the impact of the power factors of the service-rization of industrial structure development qualitatively; then, do some empirical analysis with the actual data which will be divided to operate in a whole-country level and city level in Guangdong Province respectively. Depend on the result of those empirical analysis, this paper can summarize dynamic mechanism of service-rization of industrial structures in Guangdong Province under the new normal background which mainly includes the comparison of driving mechanism of benefit, the comparison of pulling mechanism of consumer demand, the comparison of prime mover mechanism of technological innovation, the comparison of drive mechanism of international trade. Thereby, this paper can come out some useful countermeasures and suggestions for the development of service-rization of industrial structure in Guangdong Province under the “new normal” background.
