Evaluation Of Land Use Efficiency In Anhui Province And Analysis Of Its Promotion Strategies

In recent years,the party and the Central Committee have put forward a series of important policies such as rural revitalization and high-quality development.From the perspective of land management,it belongs to the category of improving land use efficiency,but affected by different geographical,traffic,political and other factors,different cities have different development paths,different development levels and different land use efficiency levels.This phenomenon is more obvious in Anhui Province.From the construction of agricultural bases in Northern Anhui to the supporting policies of the provincial capital in Hefei,to the undertaking of industrial transfer in the Yangtze River Delta in southern Anhui,each region has been divided into different functional areas.Based on the economic data of each city from 2014 to 2018,this paper selects a number of data that have a great impact on land use efficiency as input indicators,and a number of economic data that can fully reflect the level of land use efficiency as output indicators.From the angle of input-output,principal component analysis and data Envelopment Analysis(DEA)are used to analyze the construction land and agriculture of each city Empirical analysis of land use efficiency.The main research idea is to select some economic data to build the original index system,use the principal component analysis method to process the output index,extract the main component of the output index,build the evaluation index system of construction land and agricultural land,use the data envelopment analysis method(DEA)to calculate the efficiency value of each city,and then compare the efficiency value of each city vertically in time and horizontally in space By comparison,this paper discusses the problems and deficiencies in the use of construction land and agricultural land in each city,and finally puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the problems and deficiencies.Through the research,it is considered that the development priorities and existing problems of different cities in Anhui Province are different,so different measures should be taken to deal with them.As an agricultural base,the utilization efficiency of agricultural land in Northern Anhui is high.Meanwhile,measures should be taken to ensure the further development of economy.The utilization efficiency of construction land in southern Anhui is high However,we should be alert to the occurrence of the phenomenon of construction land expansion.We should not only ensure the economic benefits of construction land,but also protect the cultivated land.
