From the state, enterprises and individual level, innovation has become the theme of the world economic development, is an important way of promoting the enterprise obtain sustainable competitive advantage. Employee innovative behavior is the direct source of the enterprise innovation performance, increase employee innovative behavior at the national, corporate and individual level has important significance. Employees belong to the category of sociology, life form according to the scholars point of view, the main behavior is summarized as individuals or groups, the overall performance of unique to reflect individual cognitive systems. The lifestyle concept is introduced into the field of management in order to study its impact on employee innovative behavior. Employees work happiness including combination of subjective well-being and psychological well-being, is individual in your work Experience(Experience) and effectiveness(Functioning) of the overall quality, not only including the emotional factors, also including behavior factors, may be due to the different and different, in the form of employee life may also innovation behavior has certain influence to the staff. According to the results, improve the employees' innovative behavior for the enterprise provides the feasible suggestion: three dimensions of life form has positive influence on employee innovative behavior, positive enterprising dimension effect, the largest in the case of limited resources, enterprise management personnel should be to shape the core resources on employees' positive enterprising life forms; Happiness in three dimensions and the employees in the form of employee life plays a role of intermediary between innovation behavior.
