The Optimization Of Logistic Management For NP Corporation Based On Lean Production

With the accelerated process of globalization,market competition becomes increasingly fierce,enterprises are facing the pressure is also growing,especially for processing enterprises,due to the increase in domestic labor costs and increased competition,tremendous pressure to survive,living environment is very cruel.NP Corporation is a OEM Company producing parts and components for PWC,struggle in the less benefit and more changing market,if NP Corporation want to get the chance to develop,it should enhance the management performance,which is essential to strengthen the materials distribution management.In order to get out of trouble and spatial development,NP Corporation must optimize all aspects of the distribution of materials,improve on-time delivery,productivity and market flexibility,reduce production costs,and ultimately improve competitiveness.Paper uses literature research,comparative research and case empirical research on the NP’s material distribution process optimization analysis tentative.Firstly,it clarifies the research background,purpose and meaning,through extensive literature search,summed up the basic content and status of the theory of production management and production process optimization theory;Then on the basis of literature research,the concept of lean manufacturing principles,characteristics,structure,objectives,and related methods to define and introduce,laid the theoretical foundation for the full text;Then based on the material delivery status of NP Corporation analysis,Paper found the NP Corporation material distribution exists in the material distribution pattern is unreasonable,lack of material distribution plan,warehouse management is not science,production waste,low degree of automation of production layout,material distribution five big problem;Finally,the paper combining with present situation and problems of NP Corporation material distribution company,the effect of material distribution optimization measures for NP Corporation were evaluated,and proposed the corresponding guarantee measures.
