Optimal Ordering Model In A Supply Chain With Supply Disruption

In recent years, the research of the optimal ordering strategy in a supply chainwith supply disruption has caused widespread concern, and the problem of theoptimal ordering has become a major research topic in this area.In this thesis, we review the research of supply chain disruption at home andabroad, and use the theory and method of probability statistics and operations toresearch the problem. We discuss the problem of optimal order with a supplierand two retailers supply chain and the problem of optimal order with two suppli-ers and two retailers supply chain under the condition of supply disruptions, andestablish the model with a supply chain composed one supplier and two retailers inthe centralized decision-making and decentralized decision-making and the modelwith a supply chain composed two suppliers and two retailers in the centralizeddecision-making and decentralized decision-making respectively, then we obtain theorder strategies under the two models and illustrate the application of the optimalstrategy model through numerical examples. Finally, we outlook the future research.
