Building ceramics enterprises are faced with the competition of variety, quality, price, innovation, service and so on. In the investigation of Gao’an city building ceramics industry base, we found this phenomenon: Basically building ceramics enterprises regard logistics outsourcing to the third party logistics company, So as to reduce the logistics cost, improve the service level, and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. Worth noting that this approach also allows enterprises to face greater risk. If the supplier is not suitable, the efficiency of enterprise logistics will be reduced, and the logistics cost will be increased. This is bound to weaken the competitive advantage of enterprises. So it is very important to choose the right third party logistics supplier. Suitable suppliers can improve the competitiveness of building ceramics enterprises.Firstly, this paper describes the research status and related theories of the selection of the third party logistics supplier. Then, it analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the F company’s selection of the third party logistics suppliers. Nest, select the evaluation model of the supplier. Based on the information obtained from interview, questionnaire and literature research, the evaluation index system of the third party logistics supplier evaluation of building ceramics enterprises was constructed and the weight of each index was determined. Then, choose 4 logistics suppliers to verify the evaluation model and index system. At last, it puts forward the suggestions on the optimization of the third party logistics supplier selection. |
