| With the constantly developing of global supply chain,more and more transnational groups prefer to cooperate with professional parts manufacturers.This kind of strategic cooperation not only improve the productivity,but also cut fixed assets,reduce risks,and reversely enhance its competitiveness.Therefore,vendor selection has drawn more and more attention in various groups,and it could even say that the supply chain directly affect the company's competitiveness and influence within its industry.NOV is World's Top 500 Companies as a manufacturing enterprise.MONO is one of NOV's wholly owned subsidiary,MONO Pumps are widely used with a higher market share.All parts of pumps shall be bought from 3~rdd party provider particularly for machined components,except the core parts stators and rotors are produced by Head plant from UK.Thus,how to choice machined parts suppliers,not just affect the productivity and quality,but directly impact its market position and global strategy.This thesis mainly takes machined parts vendor's selection against large manufacturing enterprises as an example,and provides detailed analysis for main influence factors and the weights,by hierarchy analysis method.It uses multi-index evaluation system to form sub-index modules,makes pairwise comparison for index factors to calculate the final weights,and sets up the supplier index system of that type.Secondly,this paper uses Questionnaire method;inevitably,it will lead to scoring deviation caused by various objective factors,and critics with different position.To get rid of such problem,this paper brings in fuzzy concept,and processes fuzzy method for the index system,to make the result get close to the objective fact.The result will be used to verify available vendor's grade,provide scientific analysis and evaluation method to seek for new vendors,and accumulate quantitative basis to choose similar vendors,that will make decision-makers to optimize vendors management,and to choose more appropriate vendors. |
