Analysis On Sustainable Development Path Of Family Farm In Hebei Province

Agriculture is the basis of the national economy,and the issue of agriculture,rural areas and farmers has always been the top priority of our Party's work.With the industrialization,large-scale and modernization of agricultural development,the new-type agricultural management main body which is mainly family farm develops and grows continuously,showing vigorous vitality and vigorous development of good momentum.According to the major deployment of the Party Central Committee,Hebei Province is also actively developing family farms.In recent years,although the number of family farms in Hebei province has been growing like a blowout,there are still many problems and challenges in achieving sustainable development.In this paper,the author first defines the connotation of family farm from the relevant theory.Then,based on the big data of the whole province and on-the-spot investigation and interview results,this paper combs and analyses the development of family farms in Hebei Province,and finds out the problems and dilemmas that hinder the sustainable development of family farms in Hebei Province.Finally,based on the theory of sustainable development and drawing on the experiences of domestic and foreign excellent family farm development,the sustainable development path of family farm in Hebei Province is put forward.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part is introduction.This paper expounds the background and significance of the topic,reviews the research results of the family farm at home and abroad,introduces the research methods and ideas,and summarizes the innovation points and important difficulties of this paper.The second part is the connotation and related theory of family farm.Firstly,the connotation of family farm is defined,and the difference between family farm and other new agricultural management subjects is distinguished,Then it summarizes the relevant theories about thesustainable development of family farm,including the system of contractual responsibility,the theory of land transfer,the theory of scale management of land and the theory of sustainable development.The third part is the status quo and problems of family farms in Hebei province.In the analysis of present situation,firstly,the scale and quantity of family farms,certification standards,management and supporting policies in Hebei Province are combed,Based on the macro data of the whole province and the survey results,this paper analyzes the problems and dilemmas that hinder the sustainable development of family farms in Hebei Province.The forth part,the domestic and foreign experiences of family farm sustainable development.The family farms in three typical countries of America,Germany and Japan are summarized,And the domestic government-led Songjiang Shanghai and market-oriented Ningbo Zhejiang Family Farm development characteristics and experience,from which we get the benefit of Hebei Province family farm sustainable development inspiration.The fifth part,Hebei Province family farm sustainable development path.According to the theory of sustainable development,the paper takes the relationship between man and nature,the relationship between man and man as the core,and the sustainable development of ecology,economy and society as the main line,starting from the practical problems of family farms in Hebei Province,Referring to the development experience of family farms at home and abroad,this paper explores the sustainable development path of family farms in Hebei Province in four aspects: connotation theory and legal system,ecological civilization and land resources,financing channel and policy subsidy,social service and human resources.
