The Research On Wheel Load Dynamic Detecting Of Weigh-in-Motion Systems

City bankruptcy gradually goes into the sight of people in recent years, local government debt problem become a concern. Nowadays the amount of China's local government debt is huge and complex, and debts system is imperfect.This paper first introduces some basic knowledge of financing platform and local government debt which involved with the state-owned enterprises, and then analyzes the influence factors of local government debt, and try to use simple statistical method to find out local debt scale and limit and risk prevention from finance income, GDP, industrial scale and the debt of wholly state-owned enterprise and financing platform and other indexes. From the perspective of the empirical research of local government debt, we find that to maintain local government liabilities is good for the development of the economy. And it can also make an early warning and prevention before the government faces a major economic crisis.This paper argues that the state-owned enterprise's solvency is linked with the local government's solvency, although the local government liabilities is under control, according to the source of funds, quite a few financing channel is uncertainty. Some parts of the new ways of borrowing show risk, once the risk outbreak, it is hard to imagine how can state-owned enterprise profit pay off the debt.To ensure that government debt may recompense, we have to compress the city debt, ensuring the implementation of the responsible of the debt. On the other hand, our country should speed up the establishment laws and regulations of the city's debt management. Promote the economic transformation and create better corporate earnings at the same time.
