The Research On Working Capital Management Strategy Of Bridge Engineering Company

Working capital plays an important role in their daily business activities of enterprises. Working capital provides the basis for the enterprise to maintain normal production and operation activities, continuous cycle in each link of management; which is also an important part of the internal allocation of resources of the working capital of enterprises, providing an important channel to exchange for the enterprise and external resources. Working capital management is a part of the enterprise's daily financial management important content, and also has a very important position in the enterprise management strategy, which affects the enterprise strategic goals being reached or not. If there were a problem in the working capital management, it may affect the company's operating efficiency, further may lead to enterprise capital chain rupture and bankruptcy. Therefore, based on the practical problems of working capital management of bridge engineering company, as an example, research on the problems of working capital management strategy of the enterprise has the important theory and practice significance.In this paper, upon the literature review, the basic theory of reference research results at home and abroad, from the point of view of the theory, using the method of combining qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, through the analysis of the basic financial data of bridge engineering company and related indicators, so as to find out the general rules of the company operating fund management strategy, it provides a theoretical basis for the to improve the bridge engineering company working capital management strategy. This paper starts from the basic theory of working capital management strategy, quantitative and qualitative analysis on the company's 6 annual financial statement data, to figure out the main use of working capital management strategy in order to improve the stability of the results, the company's daily operation efficiency, and ensure the full use of funds, reduce the cost of capital, the following problems found in the business operation of the company money management strategy:(1) fund collection and payment system of examination and approval date; (2) the project should be made a difficult recovery; (3) the inventory of raw material resources distribution imbalance; (4) inventory has been completed without settlement project failed to timely settlement. The main reason of the company is:(1) the mechanism of state-owned enterprises monopoly leads to lack of competitiveness of the enterprise; (2) the enterprise information system is not perfect; (3) enterprise management mode; (4) the lack of operating personnel management financial management. This paper tries to analyze the main problems and reasons of the company, to find some countermeasures to improve the working capital management strategy of the company, from the perfect financial management system, to break the monopoly of state-owned enterprises, improve the enterprise information system, the optimization of enterprise management mode, the problem solving to improve working capital management of the quality.
