Controlling the selling expenses is the most important part of managing and controlling operation funds. It's the key section of the competition among the enterprises. The final purpose is to promote the operation profits. Selling expenses is the important composition part of operation funds. Enterprises can control the operation funds efficiently and improve the management standard, realize the target of getting the maximum operation profits. To control the selling expenses is the most important task for enterprises to get the core position in the competitive marketing area.The thesis research bases on the basic research background and surrounds YT Company's selling expenses methods and measures. Some methods which can make theory connect with actual used to analysis the problems of the YT selling expenses control. Combine the theory knowledge and work experiences to find out a series of scientific, efficient, strong maneuverability measures and make decisions. This thesis includes five chapters. The first chapter content is introduction, it discusses the research purpose and significance,summaries the present situation of selling expenses control theory. Summarize the research thinking and basic frame. The second chapter is the summarization of selling expenses theory. Summaries the concepts and contents, the target, influence factors, evaluating indicator and some methods or measures. The third chapter is the analysis of YT Company's selling expenses control, the YT company brief introduction and industry background, the measure of selling expenses control including some controlling system,finance control measure, sales person performance assessment and some available problems. The fourth chapter analyses the YT's selling expenses control problems. It's based on the present situation of YT's selling expenses control. Analysis the selling expenses data which is listed in the financial statement. Design and implement a department manager focus interview in view of existing situation. And it analyses the result after interview. Several serious problems found for YT's selling expenses control. The problems includes: previous budgets, distribution, controlling system, finance control,performance assessment. And find out the radical reasons for all these problems. The chapter five is about the promotion for YT's selling expenses system. Combine the YT's selling example of case and the theory of selling expenses control redesign the YT's selling expenses control system. The new measures cover: the sales department internal adjustment,redesign the selling expenses budgets measures, redesign the implementation measures,redesign verification link measures and the sales performance assessment system.Summarize all the thesis research results at the end of the thesis.
