Research On The Supply Of Public Goods In Rural Areas Of Gansu Province

Rural public products are the foundation to promote the development of "three agriculture" and are of great significance to speed up the agriculture modernization and realize the well-off society.Taken the public goods in rural areas of Gansu province as the research object,guided by the Marxist theory of public products,the essay has carried on the detailed analysis and discussion from the rural public product quantity,structure and supply efficiency of the supply of rural public goods.The following problems rural public goods supply of Gansu province,the obvious contradiction between supply and demand,big gap of products supply between urban and rural public,the low efficiency of rural public goods supply and the low utilization rate of rural public product.So the following several solutions is suggested: the central should increase support for Gansu province;realizing the diversity of supply and expanding the channels of funding sources;establishing the "top-down and bottom-up,combined with each other" mechanism;based on principles of fairness,realizing the equalization of urban and rural public products supply;perfecting the relevant laws and regulations and establish long-term evaluation mechanism.
