The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Rural Public Goods Supply In The Process Of Urban And Rural Integration In The South Of Jiangsu

Southern Jiangsu is the area that takes the lead in development of economy andsociety in Jiangsu province and across the country and occupies an important position inthe Yangtze river delta economic circle.Southern Jiangsu has developed townshipenterprises,the rural reform has entered the new stage the coordinated development ofurban and rural areas.Even so, southern Jiangsu rural public goods supply and demendcontradiction is very prominent,the phenomenon of short supply is obvious.In view ofthis,strengthening the number of rural public goods supply is the way to narrow downthe gap between urban and rural areas and to promote urban and rural economic andsocial coordinated development.Firstly,the article reviewed the supply of rural public goods from internationalways. Foreign research object is mainly local public goods supply,the main focus is thediversity of supply. Different from the emphasis of the study abroad,the domestic hasput the supply of rural public goods research focus on three aspects: the presentsituation of system vicissitude process, supply and thus exposed to solve these problemsand put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Secondly, the article reviewed the evolution of rural public goods supply mode inour country. Especially after the reform of taxes and fees, it didn’t get to reduce farmers’burden problem,so to reform the current rural public goods supply system is the toppriority.Thirdly,the article analyzes the current situation of rural public goods supply andsummarizes in the process of urban-rural integration is out of the problems and causesof rural public goods supply. The problems associated with the supply of rural publicgoods including unfair distribution caused by the urban and rural duality system, unreasonable structure, and insufficient total amount. Will appear these problems, itsreason is summed up in two aspects, namely the influence of macroeconomic factorsand the cause of the system itself.Further,the article analyzes the United States and Japan in terms of rural publicgoods supply and summarizes the successful experience that southern Jiangsu ruralregions to draw lessons.Lastly, aiming at the problems existing in the rural public goods supply in the areasof southern, it puts forward the corresponding suggestions and measures to solve theproblems.
