A Study On Listed Corporations' Financial Competitiveness Of The Pharmaceutical Industry Based On Factor Analysis

The pharmaceutical industry ranked one of the ten major industries in China.It is not only a sunrise industry,it is also a people's livelihood economy.Its development potentialities is immeasurable,so the pharmaceutical companies has been highly favored by the investors in the capital market.But the favorable factors to promote the development of pharmaceutical companies and unfavorable factors of its development are latent in the living environment of pharmaceutical companies,Some pharmaceutical companies can use their own core competitiveness to easily cope with these unfavorable factors so that in an invincible position in the market and increasing their income,While some pharmaceutical companies in the face of adverse factors test,are often overwhelmed,declining income.Especially under the trend of this year that the implementation of enterprise listed the approval system into the registration system,then how to explore the investment value of the enterprises from the open information market and many of the listed pharmaceutical enterprises has become a topic of concern to many investors.This paper is based on this,to explore the system construction of the listed Corporations' financial evaluation of the competitiveness of pharmaceutical industry for investors,then provide a useful reference for the decision of capital.Financial Business Competitiveness Research is currently a new direction in the field of financial research.Improving the financial competitiveness of enterprises is not only essential to enhance the competitiveness of pharmaceutical enterprises,it also has an important historical and practical significance for the pharmaceutical enterprises in the stage of development.From the concept of financial competitiveness,combining the financial characteristics of the pharmaceutical companies,pharmaceutical enterprise financial competitiveness evaluation index system is constructed,and by using the factor analysis method as the financial competitiveness of the pharmaceutical companies empirical methods.Through select 40 pharmaceutical enterprises listed companies as the research sample,after analysis that the conclusion of empirical research on the financial competitiveness of sample companies,and eventually found the financial competitiveness of the pharmaceutical companies at this stage of the existence of the problem.Thus pointed out the influence of the financial competitiveness of pharmaceutical enterprises,then on problems existed in pharmaceutical enterprise financial competitiveness are put forward the corresponding measures and suggestions,also pointed out at the end of the disadvantages and prospects of existing in the empirical research of this paper.
