The artice firstly describes the background and significance of the research;andsimplely overview the status of financial competitiveness in domestic andforeign.Secondly,the article describes the definition of related concepts and basic theory.Again, according to Jiangsu and Zhejiang private development status and indicator designprinciples, design a set of private listed company’s financial competitiveness evaluationindex system.And to the end of2007listed the three years2008,2009,2010sampledata,using factor analysis to calculate the score, comprehensively evaluate the Jiangsu andZhejiang private listed company’s financial competitiveness. This empirical analysisshows that nearly three years, Jiangsu and Zhejiang private listed company’s financialcompetitiveness has increased to some extent, but still low overall level ofcompetitiveness, in particular, the main factor in the relatively weak solvency andprofitability, need to be further improved.Finally, according to research findings, thisarticle targeted to propose the macro and micro strategies and recommendations toenhance the Jiangsu and Zhejiang private listed company’s financial competitiveness,inthe hope of providing some help to enhance their competitiveness for the rapiddevelopment of Jiangsu and Zhejiang private firms even china private.
