The issue of executive compensation has become the focus in academia and practice fields. Separation of ownership and management has led to the generation of business executive's compensation, thereafter, the complexity and uncertainty of modern enterprise management that exacerbates the severity of this problem. However, a large number of studies show that it is an effective method to design an effective incentive pay system. In the knowledge economy, the competition between enterprises is actually the talents competition. As a senior IT industry listed company's core resources, executive's compensation is even the focus of corporate competition. It is the key to effectively encourage executives to maximize corporate value and make the greatest contribution to the development of IT industry. Using descriptive statistics, hypothesis testing and linear regression analysis to empirical research the correlation that between our IT industry executives of listed companies compensation and corporate performance.Selects ended December 31, 2010 listing of all listed companies in the information technology industry, Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share market as the research object. In 2011-2014 four years of data samples, conclusion that 110 enterprise data filtering and data processing. Then, selected variable, hypothesis, under the premise of multiple linear regression model using SPSS statistical software and related theoretical knowledge of relevance of the information technology industry listed company executive pay and corporate performance has been explored.Empirical research as follows:(1) Our information technology industry executive pay in listed companies in 2011-2014 increased year by year.(2) Information technology companies will choose the economic development of eastern region, the number of Midwest information technology companies is very small, In addition, the companies in eastern region give the highest compensation to corporate executives, the most serious polarization in the eastern region, central China in the second place, the remote western region is the least.(3) The empirical results from the full sample point of view, the executive compensation of listed companies in the information technology industry and company performance, company size, business risk level, two jobs concurrently showed a significant positive correlation, with the degree of ownership concentration and balance rate was a significant negative correlation.(4) The empirical research results from classified sample, the eastern part of the information technology industry company executive compensation and corporate scale, ROE, business risks faced by companies, the company two posts concurrently showed a significant positive correlation, with equity concentration and asset-liability ratio showed a significant negative correlation, this findings and conclusions under the full sample is identically. In central region, information technology industry executives compensation and company size, business risks facing the company had a significant positive correlation, with ownership concentration and asset-liability ratio was negatively correlated, but not significantly, with the company two jobs concurrently and ROE are non-significant positive correlation, Shows that the central region of the information technology industry corporate governance of listed companies there are still unreasonable, executive compensation and corporate performance linked to insignificant effect. West China Enterprise information technology industry executive pay and company size was a significant positive correlation, with ownership concentration and asset-liability ratio showed a significant negative correlation with risk management, two posts concurrently and ROE showed no significant positive correlation. It can be seen, the information technology industry companies in west region facing the same problem with companies in eastern part that the corporate governance system is still unreasonable, executive compensation and corporate performance has not been fully linked, corporate governance and executive compensation system needs to be further improved.According to the results of this study, in terms of corporate governance regimes and incentive compensation system in China made a number of policy recommendations, research article on executive compensation and corporate performance aspects of the relationship between the idea of widening the field of research, and there help improve the information technology industry executives of listed companies pay system and corporate governance structure, and promote further deepen the reform of enterprises.
