About Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Agricultural Industrial Chain Finance Development In China

The industrialization of agriculture and agricultural financing is the key to solve "the three rural issues". Countries hope to promote the level of agricultural industrialization by increasing investment and policy support, transforming the agricultural developmental pattern. Developing the agricultural industrial chain financing can not only reduce the risk and cost of agricultural financing, but also can promote the combination of financial capital and agriculture over a long period of time. What's more, it contributes to the agricultural credit guarantee, creating great significance to solve difficult problems in agriculture financing. In January 2014, at the conference of national bank industry supervision work held by CBRC, it is clearly proposed to explore and develop the agricultural industrial chain financing. In recent years, our country carried out certain practice of the agricultural industrial chain financing according to the actual situation of the rural development. But in practice, there are still a lot of constraints:the "weakness" of agricultural industry, industrial structure defects, the matching of the financial structure and the mode of agricultural industrialization and diversified financing needs of modern agriculture and so on, which restrict its development to some extent. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance for the exploration and development of our agricultural industrial chain financing to study the practice of relevant theoretical research of agricultural industrial chain financing in China and to draw lessons from successful experience abroad.This paper consists of six chapters:the first part is introduction, including the background, significance, summaries and contents of domestic and foreign research.The second part is related to the correlative concept of agricultural industrial chain financing. The third part is the advantages and the main mode of agricultural industrial chain financing. The fourth part is the status of the development of agricultural industry chain financing and its existing problems in China, which will be mainly analyzed by looking up information and investigating in the typical areas on the spot. The fifth part is about the international experience of agricultural industrial chain financing, which mainly focus on the Holland cooperative bank carrying out the agricultural industrial chain financing.The sixth part is countermeasures and suggestions which contribute to the development of agricultural industrial chain financing in China. The last part focuses on the conclusion of the research and points out the deficiency.
