Agricultural Industry Chain Of Development Countermeasure Research

The spread of international financial crisis, deepening the international agriculturalmarket price volatility and market risk, resulting in China’s agricultural prices fluctuate,thus greatly dampened the enthusiasm of farmers engaged in agricultural production inChina. As the financial crisis deepened, the increasing industrial hollowing in the ThreeGorges Reservoir Area seriously affect the development of agricultural industrializationand labor employment, which intensifies deep-seated contradictions of the ReservoirArea. Because of weak village infrastructure, low quality of farmers, asymmetry ofmarket information, weakness of risk awareness, decentralized management, low levelof systematism in Three Gorges Reservoir Area, it was caught up in the plight ofagricultural marketing and those factors also have the serious impact of the farmers toget rich, which thus affect the Reservoir Area integration of urban and ruraldevelopment. In this paper, through the study of the Three Gorges Reservoir agriculturalindustry chain development, the author make a research to the development bottleneckand its sustainable development approach, especially focus on the analysis of runningbody, operation mode, the implementation effects of the Reservoir Area mushroomindustry chain, as well as challenges and optimization suggestions. The author alsohopes to provide a theoretical reference and policy recommendations for the adjustmentof agricultural structure, the selection and development of specialty agriculturalindustries, the establishment of rural regional development advantages as well aspromotion of integration of regional urban and rural areas in the Reservoir Area.On the basis of relevant research at home and abroad, this paper make anintroduction to the development of the mushroom industry chain of the Three GorgesReservoir Area. Then, it analyzes the competitiveness of agricultural industry chain andmakes the research on the mushroom industry chain optimization countermeasures.Finally, drawn on the agricultural industrial chain optimization results and experience,the paper gives some advice on how to optimize the agricultural industrial chain of theReservoir Area.The conclusions of this study are as follows. First, the study shows that local government plays an important role of guidance and support in the selection anddevelopment of the agricultural industry. The government can guide the cooperation ofenterprises and farmers. By the preferential policies, government encourages theenterprises to actively participate in agricultural research and development, production,deep processing, logistics and sales. Second, vigorously developing specializedcooperatives of agricultural products and implementing the industrialization ofagriculture scale operation are effective way to promote the agricultural industrydevelopment. Third, raising the level of agricultural industrialization enterpriseinformation, developing the technology of its leading enterprise, integrating differententerprises in the agricultural industry chain, improving the comprehensivecompetitiveness of the agricultural industry, are essential to promote the sustainabledevelopment of the agricultural industry. Fourth, Agricultural industrial chain modedevelopment mainly include scientific research institutes+corporate+agriculturalcooperatives+farmers "mode, agricultural super-docking mode and e-commerce mode.Among three modes, the first mode development is relatively stable and mature. Thesecond is the current focus and the third is the preferred mode of its future development.
