Study On The System Of Evaluation Index Of Construction Equipment Procurement For SD Company

The Bidding procurement is an effective way for construction industries to realize the purchase of resources. The bidding evaluation work is an important part of the bidding activities which affects the success or not of the whole purchase activities. At present, the researches of China's construction industries for bidding evaluation indexes most focus on the field of construction, while only a few researches focus on the evaluation index system of construction equipment, leading to the lack of systematic to the evaluation process of construction equipment. The frequent appearances of equipment' quality problems which lead to security issues during the operation of construction project have seriously influenced the overall performance of buildings. So, more and more construction enterprises realize the importance of the bidding procession. It is a problem worthy of studying that how to choose the evaluation indexes and the bidding methods and how to make a comprehensive study of the technology and economic strength about a bidding enterprise. In this thesis, we take the bidding procession of construction equipment purchase of SD Company that I once worked as an intern in for example, using scientific theory to guide the building of the evaluation index system for the construction equipment of SD Company.Firstly, we briefly introduce the purchase characteristics of construction equipment and the basic concept of bidding. Then we introduce the way and the process of bidding evaluation in detail. We also systematically comb the research status at home and abroad of the evaluation indexes and evaluation methods and compare and analysis the advantages and disadvantages of the commonly used bidding evaluation methods. These are the theoretical basis for the research followed.Secondly, by analyzing the process of purchase, we point out the problems during the bidding evaluation process, such as, not enough emphasis on technology and business indicators, too much subjective factors for the index weights and evaluations, the low fairness and scientific of the evaluation process. Then we build the index system from the following three aspects:business indexes, economic indexes and enterprise credit indexes for the construction equipment of SD Company. We use the group analytic hierarchy process (GAHP) to determine the index weight in order to reduce the influence of the expert's subjective factors on the bidding evaluation results. We also use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for qualitative and quantitative analysis of index evaluation to construct the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on GAHP.Finally, in order to verify the applicability of the model, we take the evaluation process of SD Company's elevator equipment purchase for instance, using the evaluation indexes and methods we had constructed above. In this paper, the research on the evaluation process is of great significance of improving our country's construction equipment. The evaluation indexes and evaluation methods what we construct also have certain reference value for the construction equipment evaluation of other construction companies.
