| Monetary as the special value of commodity form, have more and more important role in market economy, monetary in the process of human survival and development has a very close relationship. This article is based on Marx's classical text as the basis, and combining previous research results, the system study of Marx's monetary theory of philosophical significance,provide some beneficial enlightenment for development of modern society.Framework for the three parts of this article writing. The first part, based on the scientific method to define the concept of money, to set up the possibility of further monetary philosophy, and Marx thought the source of the money to carry on the simple review, to demonstrate the founded Marx monetary theory is based on the research achievements of predecessors' excellent theory reference and absorption, and the emergence and development of Marx's theory of monetary as well as the relationship between the critical continuation of the previous monetary thought and analysis.
