Small and medium firms play significant roles in our economy. In the development of small and medium firms,the flow of employees,to a certain extent, can enter the fresh blood for the firms to maintain the vitality of the firms. However, if the staff turnover is too frequent, and the small and medium firms lack the support of stable staff, the firms are bound to face great risks. In a sense, the staff turnover is the significant loss of important resource for small and medium firms. The staff turnover will have an important impact on the production and operation of small and medium firms. Therefore, enterprise operators must pay great attention to the issue of employee turnover. Reduce employee turnover has become an important issue to be solved in the development of small and medium sized enterprises.This paper guided by the human resources development and management theory, studied the problem of staffs turnover. This paper Analysis the current situation of staff turnover in small and medium firms. Then, with the aid of specific case and the theory of human resource management, This paper surveyed the case of staff turnover in Hunan Xiangzhe Zhichao Investment holding group and the main causes of staff turnover. Based on this,this paper put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem of staff turnover in the small and medium firms. It is wished that related research conclusions can provide practical guidance and reference for small and medium firms.
