Research On Expatriate Management Based On Key Factors Of A Company

With the development of economy, China is getting into the process of globalization step by step. And more and more Chinese companies have gone abroad one after another to participate in the international competition of the big stage, the expatriate management has gradually become an important aspect of the core competitiveness for enterprises in the international competition. During the expatriate management process, the problem of high rate of expatriate failure and brain drain wide spreads in the foreign enterprises. Successfully obtaining and retaining expatriate is an important part of expatriate management, which plays an important role to the non-enterprise management, how to improve the expatriate management effectively has become an important issue to be discussed.Based on the basis of reading lots of related literature about the expatriate management, this article leads to the expatriates theory firstly, then takes A company as an example and analyzes the practical problems of A company and the problems of expatriate management of it, and points out some of the main factors affecting the expatriate management and analyzes the factors influencing expatriate management. It filters out four key factors on the basis of them:B1 family factors, B2 selection mechanism affection, B3 employee compensation affection, B4 cultural factors. In order to carry out effective improvement on expatriate management of company, the author analyzes the importance of these four key factors and carries out the important degree order of them, and improves the success rate of expatriate management effectively of company in the three processes according to the key factors basing on the analytic hierarchy process method, also provides reference to other enterprises in the expatriate management process.
