Liquor industry is an important part of China’s light industrial areas for the development and construction of China’s light industry has played an important supporting role.China’s liquor as the world’s unique wine types,presence in the industry,international development direction of the great advantages,but also have a strong impact other kinds of wine,and increasing competition.However,due to the relatively backward production technology and marketing management hampered the development of the liquor industry.Since 2012,the high-end wine industry is facing challenges,the state strictly controls the introduction of "public funds" and central "eight regulations" and other policies affecting liquor sales.Through this paper,we make a pectination to the related theory about the method and content of the project management.On the basis of combing with "Yantai ancient brew" which is the representative brand of lu wine as an example,according to the theory of project management we analyze the existing marketing activities of the Chinese liquor brand "Yantai ancient brew" and found the existing problems and shortcomings in the process of marketing management.According to theory of project management,we study the marketing direction,organizational structure,planning and implementation,risk control and prevention of the project and such as a project in the process of research on the liquor-making industry,improve the marketing methods of the liquor brand and explore the integrated marketing strategy suitable for liquor-making industry,in order to improve the marketing ability enterprise integration and liquor for ascension and light industrial areas of enterprise project management level.In order to enhance the marketing ability of the integration of liquor companies,thus to provide reference for enhancing light areas of enterprise project management level.
