Team cooperation is the enterprise is the most common form of organization, and lead the team in the team to an important role, he is how to think, deal with and solve the problem, his meaning construction model is how to influence the team performance, which is a novel and interesting problem. The rooted in Chinese culture background, puts forward the modes and the characteristics of the construction of Chinese leadership team, namely team leadership construction with "from the multiple perspectives, the system in-depth thinking, and take the initiative to understand the related information; have a high awareness of environmental issues; carefully defined" and in reference to previous Research on the basis, summed up the three characteristics as "meditate,sensitive, cautious. The study is based on empirical research and analysis it was found that construction of team leadership has a significant positive effect on team performance, which to meditate on task performance have significantly positive impact, sensitive observation on satisfaction has a significant positive effect, cautious of capabilitydevelopment has had a positive effect.The innovation of this paper contains two aspects. First, this paper from the meaning construction from the perspective of team leadership on team performance impact, and adopts the empirical research method to construct the significance to lead a team construction and team performance relationship models were tested. Second, through the research found that the significance of the domestic and foreign team leadership construction mode there is similarity, and found similar intrinsic is different, domestic is mainly because of the environment and cultural background caused by the meaning of leadership team building mode has the characteristics of "meditate, sensitive, cautious; and abroad is due to the overall focus on personal thinking shaping psychological construction, so gradually formed sensitive thoughtful and prudent Shenxing meaning construction model.
