Modern human resources management theory originated from the western countries, but there are differences in development between western countries and China. The different mode of association is an important part of Chinese culture, the localization of the theory of human resource management will be the future trend of domestic research. Studies have shown that, the impact of Chinese employees on the different mode of atmosphere, organization equity, work performance is different from western employees. Therefore, we must considerate the situation in China establish a scientific, effective system of performance management.This paper firstly introduces the background and significance of the research, research purpose, research methods and research innovation. Secondly, it carries out theoretical overview of different mode of association, organization equity, work performance, providing theoretical foundation for the empirical research. Thirdly, combining with related theoretical research, it defines the research variables, puts forward research hypotheses and research model, and introduce the design of questionnaire and methods of data analysis. Lastly, it gets valid data by finished questionnaire, and makes reliability and validity analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, difference analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis to verify the hypothesis by the use of SPSS 17.0. Through theoretical analysis and empirical research, this paper makes the following conclusion:The factors of organization equity have positive influence on the factors of work performance, the factors of different mode of atmosphere have positive influence on the factors of work performance, organization equity have positive influence on work performance, different mode of atmosphere have positive influence on work performance.Based on the above conclusion, this paper puts forwards some targeted and practical suggestion from different mode of atmosphere, organization equity, work performance. Finally, it provide some reference for subsequent study.
