It has an induced institutional change characteristic. To study and to analyze the change paths of the above two associations provides important theoretical value and reality guidance meaning to know the trade association of our country correctly and to promote the international competence ability of firms.This paper firstly introduced the basic problem of the trade association. The trade association is an medium organization, organized by economic person who has the same, similar, or close trade association.
